How eveXso pricing works
eveXso is a subscription, scoped to your operation rather than sold from a fixed price list. This page explains exactly what moves the number, so you can work out roughly where you would sit before you talk to anyone.
The straight answer
We do not publish a rate card, and we would rather say why than leave you guessing. A warehouse management system is not a per-seat product you can price from a web form — a single-site distributor with one ERP connector and a multi-site 3PL with a custom integration are different pieces of work, and any headline figure would be wrong for one of them.
What we will do is give you an indicative number early, not at the end of a long sales process. A short discovery call covering your sites, users, ERP, and volumes is usually enough. If eveXso is not the right fit for your operation, we would rather tell you at that point than sell you an implementation.
What actually moves the price
Four things. If you know roughly where you sit on each, you know roughly what you are looking at.
Sites and locations
How many warehouses or distribution centres you run on eveXso. A single site is a very different scope to a multi-site network with stock transfers between them.
Users
How many people need access, and in what mix — floor operators on the mobile app, supervisors and planners on the web, and admin users. Elastic licensing means this can move with your season rather than being fixed 12 months ahead.
Integrations
Which systems eveXso has to talk to. A pre-built ERP connector (Business Central, NetSuite, Acumatica, MYOB Acumatica, MYOB EXO, Pronto, Greentree) is a smaller scope than a custom integration built against our open API.
Implementation support
How much of the scoping, configuration, data migration, training, and go-live you want us to run versus handle in-house. This is the line item with the widest range, and it is the one most worth talking through properly.
What your subscription covers
An ongoing subscription based on your usage profile — the platform itself, including Dave, our built-in agentic AI, and access to all 1,200+ REST API endpoints.
Scoping, configuration, data migration, and go-live support. Typical go-live is 8–12 weeks where a pre-built ERP connector is available.
Onboarding for your warehouse and management teams. The mobile app ships in 18 languages so floor staff can train in their own language.
Access to the eveXso support team after go-live, with local support in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
Your subscription includes monthly platform releases and access to any new features we ship — no separate module fees, upgrade projects, or paid add-ons to unlock what is already in the product.
Two costs you will not find here
These are the two places warehouse software budgets usually overrun.
Paying all year for your peak headcount
Annual seat packs mean you license for your busiest week in November and carry that cost through February. Elastic licensing lets you scale users up for a peak or a stocktake and back down afterwards, so the licence follows how you actually operate.
Being forced into scanner hardware
eveXso runs on iOS and Android phones with camera-based GS1 scanning, so adding a picker does not mean buying a handheld. We are a Zebra partner and fully support rugged devices where the environment needs them — but that is your call, not a condition of the licence.
Frequently asked questions
How much does eveXso cost?
eveXso is priced on a subscription basis and scoped to your operation rather than sold from a fixed price list. The cost is driven by four things: how many sites you run, how many users need access, which systems you need integrated, and how much implementation support you want from us. Because those vary enormously between a single-site distributor and a multi-site 3PL, publishing a single figure would be misleading. A short discovery call is enough for us to give you a clear indication of likely investment, with no obligation.
Why does eveXso not publish a price list?
Because the honest answer to "what will this cost" depends on scope, and a headline number tends to be wrong in both directions — too high for a straightforward single-site rollout, too low for a complex multi-site implementation with a custom ERP integration. We would rather scope it properly than quote a number you have to renegotiate later. We will give you an indicative figure early in the conversation rather than making you sit through a full sales process to find out.
What is elastic licensing?
Most warehouse systems sell named users in annual blocks, so you pay all year for the headcount you need at your busiest week. eveXso lets you increase your user count when you need it — a seasonal peak, a weekend stocktake, a period of temporary staff — and bring it back down afterwards. Your licence cost tracks how you actually operate rather than your worst-case month.
Do I have to buy scanners or special hardware?
No. eveXso runs on iOS and Android devices your team may already own, using the camera for GS1 barcode scanning, so you can add a picker without buying a handheld. We are also a Zebra partner and fully support rugged mobile computers and dedicated scanners where the environment calls for them — cold store, high-volume picking, or heavy-duty use. The point is that the choice is yours rather than a condition of the licence.
What drives the implementation cost?
Mostly integration complexity and data migration. If you are on an ERP we have a pre-built connector for, a large part of the work is already done. A custom integration against our open API, unusual warehouse workflows, or migrating messy historical stock data all add scope. The number of sites and how much of the configuration and training you want to run yourself also matter.
How long before a WMS pays for itself?
Most medium-to-large operations achieve full payback within 12–18 months of go-live, through reduced labour cost per order, fewer mispicks and returns, lower inventory carrying cost, and faster throughput. If your current stock accuracy is below 98 percent, the return is usually easy to demonstrate. Our ROI calculator will give you a rough estimate from your own order volumes before you speak to anyone.
