• Conversation History: All messages you send and responses from our AI system
• Personal Information: Name, company name, email address, phone number - ONLY if you voluntarily provide them during the conversation
• Business Context: Information about your business (number of warehouses, team size, current systems) - ONLY if you choose to share it
• Company Research: If you provide a company name, we may automatically research publicly available information (website, industry, products) using search engines to personalize the conversation

Purpose: This data helps us provide relevant assistance and follow up on your inquiry appropriately.

AI Processing: Conversations are processed using OpenAI's GPT-4 API. OpenAI's data usage policy applies - they do not use customer data to train models.

When you use the eveXso Android or iOS applications, eveXso will record your location. This information is NOT provided to any third parties unless we are required to do so legally via a court order issued under Australian Law. Your location will be used for the following purposes:

• To locate your device during work operations (deliveries of goods etc)
• For analytical reporting

We also collect data from your device such as Device ID, Make and Model of your Android or iOS device. This information is used for internal analytics and to identify and resolve bugs.

You do not have to provide personal information to visit our website. Browsing is completely anonymous unless you choose to engage with our forms or AI chat.

Contact Forms

When you submit a form on our website (Book Discovery, Become a Partner, Integration Support), we collect:

Mobile Applications

To use the eveXso Android or iOS applications, you will need to provide your preferred name and email address.

This information is not shared with entities outside of your company and eveXso.
