WMS United Kingdom

Cloud warehouse managementfor UK operations

eveXso is a unified platform for warehouse management, transport operations, and production tracking, with Dave, a built-in agentic AI, at its core. More than a cloud WMS, used in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

5.0/5 on Capterra — same platform used across Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom

Connects to any ERP

eveXso is API-first. Use a pre-built connector where one exists, or the same REST API for Sage, SAP, Odoo, or a custom stack — no 12-month integration project and no double-keying dispatch back into the ERP.

Frequently asked questions

Is eveXso a cloud WMS available in the United Kingdom?

Yes. eveXso is a cloud warehouse management system used by manufacturers and distributors in the UK as well as Australia and New Zealand. The platform runs on serverless infrastructure with iOS and Android mobile apps — no on-premise servers required.

Does eveXso integrate with our ERP?

Yes. eveXso is API-first and connects to any ERP. Pre-built connectors cover systems commonly used in the UK, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, and Acumatica. Custom or legacy stacks use the same REST API.

Which UK carriers does eveXso connect to?

eveXso consigns from the warehouse floor through HypaShip, Team C (APC Overnight and pallet networks), Palletways (UK and Europe), and Groupage Pallets. Open the carriers page with the UK region set to see those integrations.

Where is our data stored?

Your warehouse data — orders, picks, inventory, manifests, and transaction history — is held in a UK-region database in AWS London (eu-west-2) and is not replicated to other regions. UK requests are served by UK-based infrastructure, so day-to-day operations stay in region. Platform-level reference data such as user accounts, site configuration, and settings is held in replicated tables spanning our London and Sydney regions for resilience and failover. We can walk through the full data processing and transfer detail as part of your due diligence.
